Ca’ del Sarto wines are all hand-crafted, small batch wines, carefully chosen from four of the best regions in Italy: Friuli, Toscana, Piemonte and Sicilia. These wines are a product of a unique collaboration between local vintners and Enotec Imports that began in 1998.
The wines are produced in four of the best regions of Italy by top winemakers who specialize in those varietals. The program began with two friends in Friuli who helped us source the Pinot Grigio, followed a year later by Maurilio Palladino who produces the Barbera d’Alba and who is renowned for his world-class Barolo and Barbera wines from Piemonte. Enrico Pozzesi, well known for his Chianti Classicos, crafted the Super Tuscan Ardente wine in Castellina in Chianti. On the island of Sicilia, the Nero d’Avola and Inzolia are produced by the Canicatti Winery.
These wines are authentic to each region, yet modern and innovative. All of these producers strive to cultivate their grapes in an organic and sustainable fashion.
