Located in the Mâconnais southern tip of Burgundy, Philip and William are winemakers who keep simplicity in mind. All grapes are harvested by hand, the wines are vinified without oenological inputs or indigenous yeasts. They want to offer their consumers the best taste of their land and unpretentiously maintain high standards. Their wines are sulphited for preservation and all bottling is done on the property. In the end though, Philip and William realize that wine is above all a pleasure, something you can expect from the superb wines that they have created.
